The institute is seeking candidates who have a strong academic record and research potential in their respective fields. The candidates will be selected on a contractual basis for a period of one year, which can be extended up to three years based on their performance.
NIT Calicut Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the faculty position at NIT Calicut are as follows:
- The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the preceding degree.
- The candidate should have a minimum of three research publications in SCI/SCIE/SSCI/SCOPUS indexed journals.
- The candidate should have a minimum of eight years of teaching and/or research experience in a reputed academic institute/industry.
